Seasonal Clothing Care Guide: Keep Fabrics Perfect All Year Round

Different seasons require different clothing maintenance methods.

In spring, air out thick winter coats to remove moisture and dust before storage. Upon retrieving seasonal garments from storage, severe compression wrinkles commonly occur; a garment steamer is recommended for professional steam ironing to gently relax fabric fibers, eliminate deep creases and restore the original draping without damaging the materials.

Summer lightweight fabrics such as linen and cotton need gentle hand washing to prevent deformation.

In autumn, sort transitional clothes and remove dust regularly to keep them fresh.

In cold winter, avoid frequent washing for down jackets; use a damp towel to wipe dirty parts instead. Always check clothing labels for washing instructions.

Adjust water temperature according to fabric types. Keep your wardrobe dry all year to prevent mildew. Reasonable seasonal care greatly extends the service life of every piece of clothing.
