- Wait for the Light: Water spitting may occur if used before reaching 100°C.
- Sound: A slight humming/pumping sound is normal as the vacuum motor engages.
- First Use Smell: A slight "new plastic" scent is normal for the first 2-3 uses.
- Residual Water: 100% of QaqOee units are water-tested; a few drops in the tank is normal.

To prolong the life of your QaqOee Suction Steamer:
- Use distilled or purified water to prevent limescale.
- Empty the water tank after every use.
- Descale the unit every 3 months with a 1:1 vinegar-water mix.
